At My Bucket, customer satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 7-Day Return & Refund Policy for eligible products.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

• Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.

• Product must be unused and in its original packaging.

• The item should not be damaged due to misuse.

Damaged or Wrong Item

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your Order Number and clear photos or a video.

Refunds

After inspecting the returned item, approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made through a mutually agreed payment method.

Return Shipping

• We will cover return shipping costs if the mistake is ours (wrong or damaged item).

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for other eligible returns.
